The DAMP-ROD warms, dries and circulates air in confined storage spaces

through a round-the-clock process.

As air in the storage area is warmed by the DAMP-ROD,

it expands. The expanded air causes pressure inside the

storage space to be slightly higher than air pressure outside

the enclosure. This pressure differential pushes stale air out

of the storage area and fresh, clean air seeps in to replace

the stale air.

As the air is warmed, it becomes lighter and

circulates throughout the storage area to keep

your valuables dry. When the air cools, it drops

back to the floor where the DAMP-ROD, begins

the warming process again.

DAMP-ROD, can be mounted horizontally on the wall near the floor or simply

set it on the floor of the storage area. The area around the rod must be kept

clear of any objects or clothing.

Energy consumption by the DAMP-ROD, is nominal. The electrical cost

is around 5 cents per day! This is approximately 3 times less than

moisture absorbent chemicals which are no longer required!
